Sorry it will be a little late!
Well, it is Fun Monday again and Jo Beaufoix is hosting. This is what she has asked for:
I want to know about your first ‘celebrity’ crush. You know, the one you fancied from that band, or that film, or who read the news, or who won Gold at the Olympics.
Did you have their pictures on your wall or in your locker?
Did you dress like them, style or colour your hair like them, follow them, meet them, marry them? (It could happen.)
Photos of THEM would be good, photos of YOU at the time you liked them would be even better.
Also, if you have time, I’d like to know whether they had any influence over your life, the person you became, or if they were just an embarrassing blip you would kind of rather forget about.
Okay?
Umm, Okay, but mine will be kind of boring. My very first crush was this guy:

Elvis. He was my very first crush. I was pretty young when he died, 7, and I still remember right where I was and what I was doing when we heard that he had died. Then I moved on to the likes of Rick Springfield, and Jon Bon Jovi.
Sorry that I don't have a photo of myself at that age to put up. I can't even imagine how long it would take to find that. At least after recently moving, I know exactly where the box of photos is. :)
Hope everyone has a Happy Monday! Don't forget to go see who else is playing along over at Jo's.
Aerodynamically, the bumble bee shouldn't be able to fly, but the bumble bee doesn't know it so it goes on flying anyway.

Sorry my entry is a little late, at least it is still Monday. :)
Today's host is I.T. Guy, and this is what he wants from us...
"I
need YOU (yes, the wonderful YOU!) to pick 5 memorable lines from 5
different movies (if you could tell us which character said it and to
whom, would be a bonus)...and tell us to WHOM (who in the people in
your life) you could have said those lines."
So here are my 5 memorable lines from 5 different movies.
1. "You...you complete me." From Jerry Maguire, Jerry Maguire said it to Dorothy. I could have and still would say that to McD, and each one of my grandbabies.
2. "You can't have no idea how little I care." From the movie Monte Walsh. Monte said it to several people. And I can think of several people I could have said those lines to, but there are too many to list.
3. "Forgive me if I don't shake hands." From the movie Tombstone. Doc Holiday said this to Sheriff Behan.
McD and I have come across several people we would like to say this to, but have a bit more manners than that. One day I will say it, I just have to find the perfect time and person to say it to.
4. "It's classified. I could tell you, but then I would have to kill you." From the movie Top Gun. Maverick says it to Charlie. Oh I have said this, sometimes jokingly.
5. "May the force be with you." Star Wars. Yoda. I have said this and still say this to many people.
Now get back over here and see what everyone else would like to say.
Well, I have lost track of the Fun Monday train. But this weekend I had an idea for a Fun Monday so I am having my own Fun Monday. (Fun Monday - 3 times - 2 sentences = annoying, I know.)
This weekend I spent a lot of time making ringtones for our phones. Then I talked to my mom on the phone and I asked her what her favorite song was so I could make a special ring for her. She was wanting to know my favorite song so she could make a special ring for me as well. We chuckled a little, but neither one of us could come up with something on the spot. We are supposed to be thinking about it. I told her that McD has Brown Eyed Girl by Van Morrison as my ringtone on his phone, and that Muncy has the Star Wars theme music for me on hers. I think I am just a regular ring for everyone else.
So here is what I want to know...if you could pick your own ringtone for people to use what would it be?
Think about it, it is not as easy as I thought it would be. Now I am heading off to jury duty and will be looking forward to reading your comments tonight.
P.S.
If anyone knows where the real Fun Monday is, could you let me know? Thanks!
Fun Monday's First Anniversary! Yeah!! Vicki is hosting again. My view out of my front door has changed quite a bit. When we were in the trailer we were facing the trees, not we see the hillside. :) I love to see the cattle and horses up on the hilltop. It is such a nice view.
Sorry I am late Vic.

Ann at For the Long Run is hosting this weeks Fun Monday and here is her request:
I want to hear about a web site and not just about any old web site. I want to hear about a web site that's changed your life. A web site that you can't live without. A web site whose inventor you'd like to see win a McArthur Genius Grant.
I thought this would be an easy Fun Monday, but then I started trying to find a website that I look at every day. One that I have to look at even when we are out of town. But the only one I could think of was my own. How sad is that? There are millions, maybe even billions of web pages out there and the only one I can't live without is my own? Is there something wrong with me? I could have at least mentioned one of yours, but I wouldn't be telling the truth.
There are the websites I couldn't live without when I didn't have television, like the news websites and the national weather service website. But those days are over and I can just watch the news now.
So I guess I am kind of lame, I am going to stick with my own website as the one I can't live without. Having my own website has brought me friends that I would not have had otherwise. I have learned through many different tags and meme's that my new friends and I are alike in many ways. It is nice to know that we are not alone in this world, see tomorrow's post and you will know what I mean. :)
Now head on over to see what other websites people cannot live without. I am betting theirs will be much better than mine. :)

Lisa's Chaos is hosting this weeks Fun Monday. She wants to see our pets. Well, we all know that I love taking photos of my furrbabies. So here they are...
Hoss, our Rottie, is 11 years old. He was born on my Dad's and Jer's birthday, so it is really easy to remember when to make him pancakes. Yes, really.
Mia, our Weimaraner, is 4 years old. She found us a while back and loves her new home.
Mordecai, aka Puss in Boots, is the king of our house. He is 7 years old, and has all of his 9 lives...I think. His favorite foods are Cool Whip, cheese, and butter, oh and of course, tuna. He is the funniest cat, he will eat just about anything.
Hope you enjoyed meeting my kiddos, cause they are more than just pets. I can't wait to meet yours. Head on over to Lisa's Chaos to see everyone else's pets.
What is my security blanket? What can I not leave home without? Well, that is what Karina wanted us to show you for this Fun Monday. I am a little late, my apologies, but here it is better late than never!

My sunglasses and my phone! I have gone without my phone before, but I will turn around and go back to the house if I forget my sunglasses. I have to protect my beautiful browns. :)
Now head on over to Karina's to see what everyone else's security blankets are!
