Yes, you. Hello? Can you answer a question for me? A serious one. Okay, so not really serious.
Have you ever done the 30 Day Shred exercise by Jillian?
Do you like it? Have you seen results? Give me the scoop. Please.
Oh, and thank you. :)

Let me know what you hear. I need to shred a lot and I might be able to hang for 30 days.

No, I've never done it, but I've heard good things about it. I just had to comment because the quote made me laugh out loud!

I haven't done it. My knees would never hold out. I watched my buddy do it. She was early in the Shred. It was pretty intense. It's very demanding but I understand it works.

I own it -- still all wrapped up. :-) My SIL did it, and she said she could barely walk for the first week or so, but that it really did work. I also have Bob's Yoga one (also still in the wrapping.) LOL. I'm no help.

I have used it. I'd probably still use it now, because I do think it WAS working, but I had a weird reaction to it. I'd get like a vascular headache (I think that's what they're called?) that was pretty scary. It came on suddenly and was intense like I thought I was having a stroke. I read about it online and strenuous exercise can bring it on.
The thing I liked least about it is that when you do the cardio cycle (I think it's for 2 mins at a time) then she has you go straight into strength training. Like your heart will be pumping out of control, and she's like drop and give me pushups or lie on your back and do crunches. No. Pass thanks. I think that's what brought on my headaches. When I first did the program, I would literally pause the video after each segment (I'd do 2 min of cardio and then pause it to get my heartrate and breathing down (not completely but to a reasonable level) and then go on the the next segment); she doesn't want you to do this...she makes a point of saying NO REST at least a hundred times.
Wow, I sure went on about that. Sorry. I'm dazed because I have no coffee in the house.
Hope this helped a little!

No, I haven't done it. Right now, I'm doing the couch potato to 5k in 9 weeks program. I just completed day 2 of week 3. I'm liking it so far.
